Geisel Transcript
A transcript is a complete account of each student's academic history at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
Official and Unofficial Transcripts
Official transcripts are printed on security paper and include the Registrar's official seal and date.
Unofficial transcripts are not printed on security paper and do not include the Registrar's official seal. Current students can access their unofficial transcript (web and PDF versions) through DartHub.
