Please check back.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Postdoc Fellowship<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4 class=\"ng-binding ng-scope\">Guarini Dean\u2019s Postdoctoral Fellowship in Climate Resilience, Health Systems, and Quantitative Modeling<\/h4>\n<p>Dartmouth College invites applications for the\u00a0Guarini Dean\u2019s Postdoctoral Fellowship jointly hosted by The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy &amp; Clinical Practice (TDI),\u00a0The Irving Institute for Energy &amp; Society, and\u00a0Dartmouth Cancer Center \/ Department of Radiation Oncology. This fellowship supports early-career scholars whose work advances\u00a0climate resilience, health-system preparedness, operations modeling, and quantitative approaches to energy\u2013health intersections. The PROF Program aims to\u00a0expand the pipeline to the professoriate\u00a0by preparing early-career scholars for long-term success in academia. Fellows join a multidisciplinary cohort committed to\u00a0increasing inclusive access in their disciplines and in higher education\u00a0through research, teaching, and community engagement.<\/p>\n<p>The fellow will contribute to Dartmouth\u2019s institutional priorities in\u00a0<strong>Cold Climate Resilience<\/strong> (President Beilock) and interdisciplinary climate-health initiatives across TDI, Geisel, and the Irving Institute. Fellows will be expected to contribute their quantitative expertise toward developing modeling, optimization, or analytical approaches that strengthen climate\u2013health resilience and health-system preparedness at Dartmouth and in northern, cold-climate regions. This is a two-year residential fellowship, including one course taught in the second year with the fellow serving as the instructor of record. Fellows are expected to pursue research and collaborate on grant writing while fully participating in the department's and the college's intellectual life. Fellows receive an annual stipend, plus benefits and a research expense allocation (exact funding levels will be set at the time of offer).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.interfolio.com\/179177\">Apply<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Staff<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Research Project Director, Dartmouth Health at Home<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Research Project Director leads the strategic execution and operations of the research portfolio that underpins three service arms of Dartmouth Health @ Home (Primary Care at Home, Palliative Care at Home, General Home Care). The role ensures rigorous study design, rapid\u2011cycle evaluation, and seamless integration of faculty expertise with operational teams. It also cultivates and manages relationships with internal and external partners, including researchers, the operations team, NH\/VT Medicaid agencies, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, rural health transformation leaders, and donors, to generate evidence to inform sustainable payment and financing models for home-based care.<\/p>\n<p>Dartmouth Health at Home is an emerging research and innovation program dedicated to designing, implementing, and evaluating sustainable home-based models of care that improve caregiver experience and patient outcomes.
