Geisel\u2019s Learning Collaboratives <\/strong>are a longitudinal, student-centered initiative <\/span>designed to support medical students' personal and professional growth. <\/span><\/span>Grounded in the Kern National<\/a>\u00a0Network\u2019s Framework for Flourishing in Medicine<\/a>, this program redefines success to include well-being, purpose, and the development of the whole physician\u2014not just academic\u00a0achievement. Through sustained mentorship<\/strong>, program objectives<\/strong>, and an emphasis on character education<\/strong>, students are guided\u00a0to develop empathy, integrity, and professionalism\u2014traits essential to compassionate care, ethical decision-making, and patient trust\u2014while equipping them to navigate challenges, lead thoughtfully, and build meaningful, impactful careers in medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
