Instructions and requirements for Student Groups can be found at the link below<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/students\/resources\/activity-application\/\"><strong>Co-Curricular Application Form<\/strong><\/a>: choose \"<strong>Make a New Request<\/strong>\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Renew your Student Group<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In order to continue to be recognized as a Student Group, <strong>e<\/strong><strong>ach Student Group must apply every academic year <\/strong>using the application below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/students\/resources\/activity-application\/\"><strong>Co-Curricular Application Form<\/strong><\/a>: choose \"<strong>Renew a Previous Years' Request<\/strong>\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><b>Funding your events and activities<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a recognized Student Group, you are eligible to apply for funding from Geisel Student Government for your events and activities. Student Groups <strong>must <\/strong><\/span><b>request funds from Student Government for individual events and activities.\u00a0<\/b>Funding requests can be made to either the Student Government Discretionary Fund, the Joe O'Donnell Fund, or the Fran Field Fund.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apply for funding from the SG Discretionary Fund, the Joe O'Donnell Fund, or the Fran Field Fund<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/student-gov\/documents\/\">Forms and Documents page<\/a> for more information about these funds, their mission\/purpose, and links to their applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>You must receive approval for funding BEFORE making purchases<\/strong> so we advise submitting your request at least <strong>2 weeks prior to your event<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Once approved, you will purchase your supplies (up to the amount approved), and <strong>submit receipts for reimbursement within 1 week after your event<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/student-gov\/documents\/\">Forms and Documents page <\/a>for instructions on submitting reimbursements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>For funding and reimbursement questions, please reach out the President and Treasurer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><b>Support for your Student Group<\/b><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a recognized Student Group, you receive <\/span><b>support from Student Government<\/b> as you plan your group's events and activities. <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please reach out the following Chairs based on the category of your Student Group:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specialty Interest Groups -- <em>Chair(s) of Professional Development<\/em><\/li>\n<li>DICE\/Affinity Groups -- <em>Chair(s) of DICE<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Education and Scholar Groups -- <em>Chair(s) of Academics<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Service and Advocacy Groups -- <em>Chair(s) of Community Service<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Student Life Groups -- <em>Chair(s) of Wellness<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contact information for Chairs can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/student-gov\/members\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Chairs, you can also reach out the President, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary for any questions!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For any questions or concerns, contact us or reach out to the Office of Student Life.
