Abigail Marshall, an MD-PhD student in Dr. Aaron McKenna's lab at Dartmouth presented her work on the mapping ecDNA Dynamics in Glioblastoma at the 2025 American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Annual Meeting. This exciting work is the first application of CRISPR lineage tracing to Extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) and provides novel insight into ecDNA dynamics in GBM in response to therapy. The study highlights cutting-edge tools at the intersection of genomics and radiation oncology, advancing understanding of cancer evolution and therapeutic response. View the poster here.
