Important Policies Regarding Registration For Phase 2 and Phase 3 Courses<\/p>\n
Phase 2 and Phase 3 Clerkships<\/b>
\nRegistration for clerkships is completed through a Lottery on OASIS. Requests for changes to a clerkship must be submitted to the clerkship coordinator via email and approved by both the Office of Clinical Education and the involved clerkship(s). If approved, changes are made to your schedule by the Geisel Registrar's Office.<\/p>\n
Electives and Sub-Internships<\/b>
\nTimely registration for electives and sub-internships, both away and at Geisel, is required.\u00a0It is your responsibility to check your schedule on OASIS regularly.<\/b>\u00a0If you do not see an approved elective\/sub-internship on your OASIS schedule, you are\u00a0NOT<\/b>\u00a0officially registered for the course.<\/p>\n
Students are expected to request courses at least 4 weeks prior to the start date, with approval and registration completed on OASIS before the start date.<\/b><\/p>\n
All non-established electives and sub-internships must be approved by the Associate Dean for Clinical Education and registered with the Geisel Registrar's Office prior to the start date.<\/p>\n
