Capstone
Title: Adoption and Utilization of Molecular Testing in Breast Cancer
Mentor: Dr. Erika Moen
We are examining the utilization of molecule testing in breast cancer which helps physicians determine the need and usefulness of particular therapeutic modalities. By examining patient and physician characteristics, we aim to target select individuals in which treatment may be beneficial and which physicians are most amenable to novel treatment technologies.

My Interests

"I will continue my medicine career with an emphasis on medical record research to enact efficient change of the healthcare system."

Why QBS?

"As a clinical physician, I understand many of the uncertainties involved in patient care in the healthcare system. With the wealth of data, improving patient outcomes and physician functionality is possible. QBS enables me to play more of a central role in the important research necessary to enable efficient change."
