{"id":4667,"date":"2024-07-24T11:17:50","date_gmt":"2024-07-24T15:17:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/ofa\/?p=4667"},"modified":"2024-07-24T11:17:50","modified_gmt":"2024-07-24T15:17:50","slug":"now-accepting-applications-for-the-faculty-advisory-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geiselmed.dartmouth.edu\/ofa\/2024\/07\/24\/now-accepting-applications-for-the-faculty-advisory-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Now Accepting Applications for the Faculty Advisory Network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cwams.org\/\">Center for Women in Academic Medicine and Science<\/a> (CWAMS) is now accepting applications for its <a href=\"https:\/\/cwams.org\/category\/faculty-network\/\">Faculty Advisory Network<\/a>, which offers ongoing and individually-tailored support for established women faculty interested in pursuing leadership roles in academic medicine and science.\u00a0 Participating faculty will be matched with a <a href=\"https:\/\/cwams.org\/who-we-are\/senior-advisors-to-the-faculty-network\/\">CWAMS Senior Advisor<\/a>, who will directly provide confidential guidance and\/or connect you to needed resources, including sponsors. <a href=\"https:\/\/cwams.org\/what-is-cwams-faculty-advisory-network\/\">Our model<\/a> complements available programs for women and differs in that it is tailored to each participant, is remote by design, and provides an external perspective by senior experienced individuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications will be accepted through July 31.
