Now more than ever, academic leaders are focused on responding to declines in faculty morale and career satisfaction. A proven solution to improve the faculty experience and increase retention is to offer a well-thought-out faculty mentoring program.<\/span><\/p>\n

Join us for our new five-week cohort-based bootcamp for faculty leaders, Designing a New Faculty Mentor Program<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0You will learn directly from two respected experts<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0who have successfully implemented faculty mentoring programs at both the department\/college and institutional levels. You will hear lessons learned, tips, and advice to help you strategize and draft a custom plan for a new faculty mentoring program. You will also get feedback on your plan from your instructors and peers to help you develop the best possible program for your faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n
