Moreover, the university strives to create a vibrant and diverse community, characterized by collaboration, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Northeastern University celebrates diversity in all its forms and fosters a culture of respect that affirms inter-group relations and builds community.<\/p>\n<p>Consistent with Northeastern\u2019s mission, vision, and core values, the objectives of the Future Faculty Post-doctoral Fellowship Program are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduce Northeastern University\u2019s academic community to postdoctoral researchers who are considering faculty careers<\/li>\n<li>Enhance opportunities for those who are members of groups whose representation in faculty positions is smaller than their representation in the U.S. population. This includes women, racial and ethnic minorities, persons with disabilities, first-generation students, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
