APPENDIX 1: Officers of the Geisel Administration

Officers of the Geisel Administration may be primarily faculty or staff in designation. Officers that have primary roles as faculty may serve in administrative capacities as staff; Officers that have primary roles as staff may hold faculty titles when justified by meeting criteria as set out in the APT document. The Dean retains the right to create or sunset specific administrative leadership positions at Geisel to meet the goals and missions of the medical school. Current senior leadership includes:

(4) Associate Deans for the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) program
(5) Chairs of each Geisel department (or Institute Director where institutes have
standing)

(7) Chief Clinical Research Officer
(8) Chief of Staff *
(9) Dean of Faculty Affairs*
(10) Director of the Health Sciences Library and Learning Resources Center
(11) Executive Dean of Administration and Finance*
(12) Senior Director of Finance
(13) Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs*
(14) Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education*
(15) Senior Associate Dean for Research*
(16) Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations for Geisel School of Medicine and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health*
