Do you know friends and families with 8 to 12-year-old child(ren)? Please consider asking the parent to consider filling out the Initial Inquiry Form and enter your name and email address in the recruitment form that will be sent to them. If they complete the form, your name will be entered into our raffle for a $50 Amazon e-gift card for every child referred in the specified age range. Multiple referrals of new children result in multiple entries into the raffle. The referred child does not need to enroll in our study for you to qualify for the raffle. Winner will be notified by email at the end of the program period and will receive the prize by email.
