Cheryl has practiced as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the Department of Medicine at DHMC since becoming a PA in 2006. Prior to this, she practiced as a Physical Therapist for 15 years. \u00a0In addition to her full-time clinical positions, she has had extensive teaching experiences. \u00a0She taught anatomy and biomechanics to Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists at Springfield College, Springfield, MA from 1994 \u2013 2001. She then taught anatomy and clinical medicine to PA students at Franklin Pierce University from 2009 \u2013 2020. For the past 4 years, Cheryl has mentored new Advanced Practice Providers: PAs and APRNs (APPs) at DHMC. She created and is the facilitator of a regularly scheduled series for APPs, <em>Topics in Medicine<\/em>.
