Jennifer Landino<\/h3>\n

Jennifer is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Geisel School of Medicine and the Principal Investigator of the Landino Lab. Jennifer is broadly interested in the molecular mechanisms that underlie successful cell division, a process that is fundamental for human development and tissue homeostasis. Throughout her scientific training she investigated mechanisms of cell division in cultured human cells, the developing frog embryo, and using cell-free reconstitution methods. Jennifer's favorite way to spend time in the lab is working on the microscope. Outside of lab, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, board games, and spending time with her family.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Sarah is a recent graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. During her undergraduate\u00a0career, she gained experience learning classical molecular biology techniques whilst performing enzyme activity assays in the lab of Dr. Kenneth Mills. She is an incoming second-year graduate student in the Molecular and Cellular Biology PhD program at the Guarini School for Graduate and Advanced Studies at Dartmouth College. As a graduate student in the lab, Sarah is broadly interested in developing methods to study cytoskeletal dynamics in vivo using a\u00a0<\/span>Xenopus laevis<\/i>\u00a0cell line. She is also excited to explore the interplay between dynamic\u00a0Rho and F-actin patterning at the cell cortex and progression through cytokinesis.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Olivia is currently a junior at Dartmouth College majoring in Biochemistry and Native American Studies. Her research is focused on the role of the small GTPases Cdc42 and Rac in regulating Rho and F-actin standing waves.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
