Our mission is to create a positive and supportive work environment by attracting, engaging and retaining outstanding employees who are devoted to our core values of community, excellence, inclusion, innovation, and integrity.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"my-2\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">We partner with departments by offering the following services:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"my-2\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Talant Acquisition &amp; Recruitment Strategy:<\/strong> Providing total recruiting support to include Position Description consultation, candidate screening support, one-way video interview administration, offer guidance and other hiring support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Compensation Management:<\/strong> Working with stakeholders to support equitable and competitive compensation practices through salary recommendations, position reviews, reclassifications, market review, and pay equity support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Employee Orientation &amp; Integration: <\/strong>Facilitating monthly new employee orientation sessions and ongoing engagement opportunities to help employees connect with both the Dartmouth and Geisel community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Learning &amp; Professional Development:<\/strong> Supporting employee growth and learning opportunities through the Geisel HR Ignite Series and other learning resources that support both career growth and making Geisel more effective.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Advisory Services:<\/strong> Geisel HR serves as a reliable, trusted partner for managers and employees by providing support around various employment matters, policy interpretation, various organizational changes, workplace concerns and compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Feedback Opportunities:<\/strong> Gathering and leveraging employee feedback through stay and exit interviews, supporting onboarding where needed, and other engagement projects to help inform areas of opportunity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"my-2\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">For inquiries on specific HR topics, please feel free to reach out to Geisel HR at Geisel.Human.Resouces@dartmouth.edu<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geisel Human Resources is dedicated to serving our staff while enhancing the experiences all stakeholders through a culture of collaboration.
