We make it easy for investigators to generate small, focused libraries (typically tens to a few hundred targets) for in vitro and in vivo screens, handling everything from guide design through cloning and next-generation sequencing QC. Completed libraries are also maintained by the GMBSR for use by other Dartmouth researchers.

Starting from your gene list, we design the guides, clone the pooled library into a validated vector, and verify guide representation by NGS. The final deliverable is a sequence-verified, NGS-QC’d plasmid library — ready for transduction in your own screen. (Viral packaging is performed by the investigator; the GMBSR does not supply virus.)

Custom library projects begin with a brief, free consultation to confirm the target list, vector choice, and pricing.
