Professional Interests
My research develops statistical methods for causal inference, transfer learning, and the integration of information across multiple studies and data sources. Current methodological interests include generalizability and transportability, causal meta-analysis, Bayesian modeling, and the analysis of high-dimensional biomedical data. These methods are motivated by applications in cancer, genomics, microbiome research, and population health, with an emphasis on principled inference from heterogeneous observational data.
Grant Information
My externally funded research includes the development of statistical methods for causal inference, transfer learning, and the integration of heterogeneous biomedical data. Current and recent projects have been supported by the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation, with methodological work motivated by applications in cancer and other areas of biomedical and population health research.
