Professional Interests

My research focuses on developing advanced statistical and computational methods for causal inference, integrative analysis, and modeling of high-dimensional cancer and biomedical data. By combining rigorous methodology with collaborative, data-driven investigation, my work seeks to uncover the molecular and network mechanisms underlying cancer and to translate these findings into insights that inform prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. I am particularly interested in creating reproducible, generalizable frameworks that connect biological discovery with population-level impact, advancing the integration of quantitative methods within translational and public health research.

Grant Information

I have served as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator on multiple NIH and NSF-funded projects focused on developing and applying advanced statistical methods for causal inference, data integration, and high-dimensional biomedical analysis. My NIH R01 research supports the development of transportable causal inference and transfer learning methods for complex observational data. In addition, my NSF-funded work has advanced Bayesian and computational approaches for modeling heterogeneous biomedical systems, supporting applications in cancer, genomics, and public health.
