Professional Interests
I'm passionate about spreading primary palliative symptom management and end-of-life care skills to a broader range of healthcare clinicians and disciplines, including through my work as facilitating faculty for Dartmouth's Palliative Care ECHO program, a telementoring model. I serve as the Director of Inpatient Services for the Section of Palliative Medicine, focusing on helping our interprofessional inpatient team better support our patients and consulting colleagues. My work includes projects focused on care for patients with comfort-focused medical plans at the main hospital, quality improvement updates to our team's workflow, development of interprofessional inpatient cohorts, and ICU trigger database analysis. I am also part of Palliative Care's Bereavement Steering Committee and Dartmouth Health's Opioid Stewardship Committee.
