Research Interests:

Dr. Tirado-Ramos’ research at the Dartmouth School of Medicine Department of Epidemiology focuses on the use of complex system simulation and Machine Learning methods to develop computable phenotypes to investigate novel perspectives on the complexity of addiction-related adverse health events during pandemics, as well as technological support for the study of effects of environmental exposures on child health and development. He also works on designing, creating and enhancing Informatics infrastructure for translational research across Dartmouth and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock research enterprise, providing innovative platforms for the teaching and training of Dartmouth clinician scientists, encompassing the local Electronic Health Record system and providing connectivity to national and international clinical data research systems such as TriNetX and the Accrual for Clinical Trials platforms.
