She is dedicated to creating an inclusive, student-centered learning environment where all learners can thrive academically, professionally, and personally. In her role, she provides strategic leadership for the development and coordination of curricula, student services, admissions, dual degree programs, simulation training, and other educational initiatives across Geisel. She works closely with faculty, staff, and community partners to ensure that students and educators have access to mentorship, experiential learning, and opportunities to engage with the broader New Hampshire community. He also represents Geisel in its partnership with the Tuck School of Business to offer the Master of Health Care Delivery Science (MHCDS) and Master of Health Administration (MHA) degrees. He guides program development, implementation, and curricular innovation while supporting the expansion and enhancement of Geisel's health sciences educational offerings. She works closely with phase, curricular thread, and clinical education leaders to strengthen competency-based curriculum integration, support experiential learning, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
