Virtual Empanada Night 09/15/21 7-8pm
Join us as we kick off Hispanic Heritage Month with a virtual empanada making night led by LMSA leaders Ariana Diaz and Daniela Orozco Rendon! Pre-made empanada kits will be handed out 09/14/21 from 12-1pm at Derzon Courtyard which will include the masa and the empanada filling. Tune in on 09/15/21 via Zoom to learn how to fold and cook the empanadas with other classmates and alumni.
Please be sure to RSVP to the event before 09/12/21 to ensure that you receive the ingredients for your own empanadas. If you are joining us from outside the Upper Valley, make sure to prep your own masa and filling before the event. A recipe will be provided. There will be an option to learn how to make a Colombian Empanada or a Peruvian Empanada.
