In the spirit of gratitude for all you do, we invite those who will be working on Wednesday, November 26, to end their workday at 1:00 PM, as their team operations permit.\u00a0November 27 and 28\u00a0are designated as Dartmouth College holidays.<\/p>\n
Hourly-paid staff colleagues who are working on Wednesday, November 26 may record time not working after 1:00 PM as \u201cother\u201d on timesheets\/Kronos. Staff who have arranged with their supervisors to take the day away from work on Wednesday may use 4.5 hours of their available PTO to replace their morning hours and may use \u201cother\u201d time in place of their regularly scheduled hours after noon.<\/p>\n
If you have essential or urgent work that requires continuing after 1:00 PM on November 26, please know how much we value your service to our community, and please arrange with your supervisor to take equivalent time away from work at an alternative time before the start of winter break. When taken, that time may be recorded as \u201cother\u201d time.
