With degrees in physics, biochemistry, and engineering and an MBA from Dartmouth\u2019s Tuck School of Business, Madani\u2011Hermann brings over 20 years of experience scaling organizations from early\u2011stage startups to $30\u2011billion enterprises in healthcare, biotech, AI, robotics, ag\u2011tech, and cleantech. Sector\u2011agnostic and global in outlook, she mobilizes cross\u2011disciplinary teams to challenge limits and accelerate transformation. Her leadership blends systems thinking with a builder\u2019s mindset, driving growth, aligning stakeholders, and scaling innovation worldwide.<\/p>\n

Madani\u2011Hermann has been a Brain Trust member at XPRIZE, advising on healthcare and deep tech, and in 2025 she was named an Ambassador for Fortune\u2019s Most Powerful Women.<\/p>\n
