You'll go home with new knowledge and ideas from participating in one of our several workshops, networking events, and brainstorming sessions.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will be hosting the annual CO-OP meeting via Zoom. Please register by Wednesday, January 20 for details on how to attend the meeting virtually. Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Determination of credit is pending. AAFP credit may only be awarded for attending the LIVE, in-person Annual Meeting from 8:00am to 5:00pm on January 22, 2021. Recordings of all sessions will be available for viewing and AMA CME credits following the meeting.
