Program Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Chronic Health Improvement Research Program (CHIRP) has been collaborating with teams at the\u00a0<\/span>Dartmouth Institute Coproduction Collaboratory<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and the <\/span>Post-Acute COVID Syndrome (PACS) Clinic<\/span><\/a> at Dartmouth Hitchcock on multiple COVID initiatives beginning at the onset of the pandemic and into its endemic period.\u00a0 This work includes a number of recent publications in the\u00a0<\/span>ISQua Journal<\/span><\/i><\/a>\u00a0in a special 2021 special supplement on coproduction (see \u201cCOVID Publications\u201d below), and the development of a\u00a0 \u201cLong Covid\u201d coproduction learning health system at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in NH in an innovation initiative funded by the Dartmouth Institute Levy Incubator program in 2022 and led by Co-PIs Dr. <\/span>Jeffrey Parsonette<\/span><\/a> (Director, PACS Clinic at Dartmouth-Hitchcock) and <\/span>Dr. Brant Oliver<\/span><\/a> (Director, CHIRP).
