We engage in a variety of activities aimed to improve health and healthcare including innovation, improvement, implementation, research, education, and community service. Our work began with a focus on complex, chronic, and costly (\u201c3C\u201d) health conditions, including multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, and Long COVID, and in recent years has
