Our Mission<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The Geisel Academy of Educators and Scholars seeks to create and support a community of health professions educators who collaborate to develop their skills as educators and educational scholars, share their expertise, and mentor others. The Academy is inclusive, working across health professions, across disciplines within and beyond Geisel, across educators\u2019 experience levels, and across educational spaces.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Our Goals<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  1. Develop and support collaboration and connection<\/b> within Geisel, across Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Health, and regionally with other health professions education entities.<\/li>\n
  2. Develop<\/b> new and curate<\/b> existing resources to promote excellence in health profession education<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  3. Develop<\/b> new and curate<\/b> existing resources to promote excellence in educational scholarship and research<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  4. Provide resources and structures to support mentoring<\/b> across health professions, disciplines, and levels of expertise.<\/li>\n
  5. Recognize and honor<\/b> individuals for their skills, accomplishments, and contributions as teachers, mentors, scholars, and academy participants.<\/li>\n
  6. Annually review<\/b> and update<\/b> Academy goals, offerings, and membership structure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
