Cooking for Life

As people get older they are faced with new culinary challenges: cooking for one, not having a stove, low salt diets, etc. We will be running monthly cooking classes that target such topics. We'll provide recipes, give short presentations with helpful tips, and do a hands-on cooking demonstration. If you like to cook, are interested in nutrition and/or working with the elderly, or just like to eat, please join us!
