Migration Day Schedule

11am Oracle Calendar users:
  • Change your Access Rights settings to prevent others from adding data to your Oracle Calendar.
  • You may wish to print a copy of your upcoming week's calendar at this time.
1pm All Users:  Make sure you have reviewed folder names and removed large attachments.
5pm All Users: Make sure you have Signed Out of blitzmail!!!
5pm Smartphones Users: If you use a phone (iPhone, Blackberry, Droid) to access blitzmail, make sure you have deleted the settings for the blitzmail account.
5pm iPad Users: Make sure you have deleted the settings on your iPad for your blitzmail account.

You may log into new Blitz any time after 8am the next day. Do not log into either system between 5pm and 8am as it will cause the migration to fail.

** We encourage you to watch these short videos about BWA - blitz web access - during the day or evening. You'll be starting in BWA in the morning and it will help to see the system ahead of time.
