Installing and Using Team Viewer for Mac

Installing Team Viewer on your computer will allow IT Support to assist you further. To install Team Viewer, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on the Team Viewer link.
  2. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to install Team Viewer. Click "OK."

    Click OK

  3. Team Viewer should unzip into your downloads folder. (If it does not unzip, double-click the zip file in your downloads pop-up window.)

  4. Double-click the Team Viewer icon in your downloads folder.

  5. Please give DMS computing the ID number and password listed in the application.

DO NOT close the application while DMS Computing is helping you.

Installing Team Viewer on your computer will allow IT Support to assist you further. To install Team Viewer, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on the Team Viewer link.
  2. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to open the file. Click "Save File."

    Click Save File

  3. Team Viewer should now be in your downloads folder. Double-click on the file in your downloads folder to install it.

    Double-click on the file to install it.

  4. A pop-up window will appear asking whether or not you would like to open the file. Click "OK."

    Click OK

  5. A security warning will probably appear asking you to confirm that you want to run the file. Click "Run."

    Click Run

  6. Please give DMS computing the ID number and password listed in the application.
