Come rediscover the motivation and energy needed to live well with diabetes. This evidence based, 12-week, psychotherapy group seeks to help individuals with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes live psychologically and physically healthy lives. Healthy coping is vital and can help improve glycemic control, reducing the chance of dangerous diabetic complications. Groups are offered in the evening and at an affordable rate.
