Dartlab instruments are calibrated daily to ensure quality control. All flow cytometers available in RaDar on a given day have passed QC specifications that morning.
We encourage flow users to utilize longitudinal controls with all flow experiments involving multi-day direct comparisons. For such experiments, we recommend running 8-peak beads with every run to compare cytometer results across days, and incorporating a staining control to confirm that results are biological and not caused by batch effects.
