Experimental Design and Panel Development
We offer consulting services to help basic researchers and clinical trialists to determine relevant biomarkers to explore their scientific and/or therapeutic inquiries, and to design staining panels to optimize quantitation of those biomarkers using our instruments. Consultation time is free for Norris Cotton Cancer Center, Dartmouth College, and DHMC researchers, and is available to external clients at a per-hour charge. We also offer panel development as a fee-for-service at our normal technologist and equipment rates.
Staining and Flow Operation
Dartlab performs full fee-for-service sample staining and flow cytometry experiment running. We maintain researchers’ inventories of antibodies for our in-house services, store and manage all resulting data. We can also analyze data as a fee-for-service at our normal technologist rate.
