Privately-owned Rental Housing

In addition to investigating on-campus housing, incoming faculty, staff and students may want to check on privately-owned properties available for rent in Hanover and the surrounding communities. Following are instructions to help connect to the Rental Housing List from outside Dartmouth College Via the Internet.

1) Visit the Dartmouth College Real Estate Office online

2) click on the Rental Housing List

3) click on Search the Rental Housing List

4) If you are searching for something for JUST THE SUMMER, click on Search the Summer List. If you are looking for a rental for any other time of the year click on Search the Year Round list. By selecting either one of these options you will call up the entire lists. If you would like to do a more specific search (i.e. you only want a furnished apartment in Hanover) click Search the Rental Housing List. If you search with this format you will need to enter specific information that you are looking for. If you are under Rental Type you would type in the blank space "unfurnished apartment". If you are looking for a specific town, you would enter in the town name.
